Question: What is powerleveling?
Answer: Power Leveling is the term of a service used to quickly power your characters to the level you desire. This service is commonly used to level your account characters levels to the desired level of your choice. In 2005, we expanded to offering beyond levels, by offering unique packages such as trade skills, quests, gear, and a large variety of other leveling services.

Question: Where is your company based?
Answer: We are 100% American owned, and 100% operated in the US. Our company has been in this business since the launch of EverQuest 1 back in 1999, and recently launched our retail websites.

Question: Are your customer service operations located in Asia?
Answer: No. All customer service operations are 100% located in the USA. All operations, including customer service, operations, management, executives, and anything related to accounts is based in California, North Carolina, Michigan and New Mexico.

Question: Where do you guys level my character?.
Answer: We have levelers all over the world who work for us, from Canada to Australia and many points between. However, we use VPN proxies that show only a USA, Canadian or European IP.

Question: How do you guys level my character?
Answer: For the majority of the games we offer, we log into your account and play the character up the levels until we reach your desired level. This is done fast and discreetly. We have the time to level your character when you do not, making your gaming experience more enjoyable. We do not employ bots, hacks, cheats or use 3rd party mods during the leveling process. We do our best to make this a safe and fun experience for our customers!

Question: I heard you guys level characters in Asia?
Answer: Yes, some of our workers are, indeed, located in Asia. We won't lie and say they aren't. However, they all use VPN systems that show a USA, Canadian or European IP.

Question: How safe is your company if I plan to use you?
Answer: We are USA owned and operated company. We work hard to protect the integrity of our customer's accounts. We do not allow the use of bots, cheats, hacks or mods during the leveling process. We offer a 100% completion and safety guarantee or you will receive a partial refund (in the case of a temporary suspension) or a full refund (in the unlikely event of a ban, as we have a less than 1% ban rate). Your account will not end up stripped or used for currency trading like the majority of other sites on the Internet.

Question: Is there a phone number that I can call to talk to someone in powerleveling?
Answer: No, there is not. However, you can go to live help and speak with powerleveling staff there. Or you can email powerleveling@gamepal.com and we will reply no later than 24 hours after you send your message. Please be aware though that we can NOT answer questions regarding accounts or Create a Dream account orders.

Question: Our company offers a 100% safety and completion guarantee!
Answer: Our company is careful about who we hire and use for leveling. We do not allow the use of bots, cheats, hacks or mods when leveling is being done. We have initiated safety precautions to provide the safest service available. We have a less than 1% permanent ban rating for WoW and have had not one permanent ban for any other game we offer since the new powerleveling management team took over on the 15th of July, 2007. Our customer accounts are not used for currency deliveries or farming and we do not strip them of gold and gear after the leveling process is complete. What is earned during the process STAYS on our customer's accounts!

Common Questions

Question: Why is it more expensive to from my current level to the ending level of my choice than it is for one of the leveling packages that start at 1 and go
to the same level?
Answer: The leveling packages are discounted. However, just because your character is at a higher level than 1 doesn't mean you can't just order the
leveling package and pay the discounted price.

Question: How do you send payments?
Answer: Powerleveling accepts payments via PayPal. We are unable to offer other payment options at this time. If you wish to pay via credit card, you will need to attach that card to your PayPal account and do it that way. Please be aware if you pay with an eCheck we will be required to wait until it clears before we can verify and start your order.

Question: Do you use bots or cheats?
Answer: No, the use of bots, cheats, hacks or mods is strictly forbidden to our levelers. Any leveler caught doing something like that is immediately fired. We do our best to level your character the safest way possible.

Question: Is my gear, gold, character SAFE getting this service?
Answer: Yes. We require all of our workers to supply screen shots of before and after the service. If any worker were to be caught stealing from a customer's account, they know they would be made to replace the stolen items and then be fired. However, anything that YOU will be worried about, we suggest simply moving it to a different account for your own peace of mind. If it's a bound item, put it in the bank so that the worker knows you do not want it replaced if an upgrade drops during the process.


Getting Started

Question: What do you recommend that I do before I get a powerlevel?
Answer: We recommend that you change your password before you choose to get a powerlevel. We also recommend that if you use pre-paid time cards to pay for your play time, you make sure there is enough time ON the account to complete the service. If it is a LARGE order, we suggest that you add another card just to be safe.

Question: What do I do after the service?
Answer: First thing is change the password again to maintain the security of your account. This is very important. We ask that you do this for our security as well as your own.

Question: Why do I have to be verified?
Answer: We try and make sure that the person using the credit card or PayPal account in question is the legal owner of that account. This protects YOU against identity theft and US against fraud.

Question: How long does this take?
Answer: It varies depending on the game and levels involved. The site generally offers a fairly accurate estimate of time.

Question: When will my Build a Dream account be started?
Answer: You would have to email accounts regarding that question, as it is not a powerleveling service. We only work on pre-existing accounts.

Question: Why do you require in-game money to level my FFXI character?
Answer: Because we need to be able to gear up the character for the leveling process in a timely fashion AND we use it to get into groups faster. Otherwise, it takes 2 or 3 times as long to do.

Question: When will my order start?
Answer: For World of Warcraft, we wait for 24 hours after the order is assigned minimum, because this helps protect your account from showing too many IPs in a short amount of time. We DO request that once you submit an account for powerleveling that you do NOT log into the account, the account management or the forums for that account/game until the order is completed.


During the Process

Question: Can I log in during the process and have you work around my play times?
Answer: No, this is not possible. It increases the risk of suspension or ban about 100%. Logging into the game, into account management or the game forums of your game are all things that will show multiple IPs for the same account in seconds. Which flags the account and gets it suspended or banned.

Question: Why do I have to wait for 24 hours for my order for WoW to start?
Answer: Again, this is a security issue. We are trying to provide a nice long window of time from when you last logged into the account and when we first log in, trying to ensure that 2 IPs from different parts of the country or the world aren't showing up within minutes of one another.

Question: Why don't I ever see my character online? Aren't you leveling it?
Answer: In general, we do not level 24 hours a day. This is dangerous to your account. We try and keep the hours to around 12 a day and we generally level at "night", which means you would likely seldom actually SEE the character online.

Question: Why is my CoH/CoV character the same level as when you started my service and you've marked it done?
Answer: We do not TRAIN your character for those games. We just obtain the levels required to allow you to pick the powers and slots yourself at the end of the process.

Question: How do I get updates for my order?
Answer: If you are getting a WoW order done, you can check your character on the Armory. Please note that they are always 24 hours behind. If it is any other game, you can come to live help and request and update from the staff there. You WILL receive an email as soon as your power level is completed.

Question: Do I get to keep gear, currency, patterns, etc that drop during the leveling process?
Answer: Generally, unless the gear is of use to the character, we sell it and keep the money on your account. If your order includes leveling skills, buying riding mounts, etc, we use that currency for that purpose. Beyond that, however, yes, you do indeed keep items found and currency accumulated during the leveling process.

Q: Can you get Tier 1 or better armor for my character on WoW?
A: No, this is not possible. This is something done by months of raiding, which is much too time intensive. We can provide what armor is achieved from quests and drops, however, and do.


Questions on issues arising during the leveling process

Question: What happens if my account is suspended or banned?
Answer: The likelihood of that happening is small to non-existent for all games except WoW. We require proof that the account was banned/suspended during the leveling process. Then we discuss compensation with the owner of the account but we've generally had very few complaints about how they are handled.

Question: Do you offer a guarantee with service?
Answer: We do indeed. We guarantee that the order will be completed OR you will receive a refund for either the unused levels remaining on the service or a full refund in the event of an account being permanently banned. Proof of either complaint IS required, however. I'm sure you understand that requirement :) The only game where that has been an issue thus far has been WoW, as we have not had issues with the other games we list on the site.

Question: Any recommendations to keep my account safe?
Answer: Absolutely. Don't get the work done for WoW on your primary account if it's full of great gear and characters. Get a second account, put a few low level characters on it so it doesn't look like a brand new unused account getting a power level, then get the work done. If you don't want to pay for 2 accounts long term, just wait a few weeks after the leveling service to make sure that there were no problems with the leveled account, then transfer the power leveled character to your primary account. It is also advised that you create the secondary account with a prepaid time card, not your credit card or PayPal account. In addition, the same last name but different first name is an added layer of protection for your primary account. We know this requires a lot of setup, but it IS recommended.
