Ultimate FAQ Guide

Do you use a collection agency?

Previously GamePal Inc, who managed www.gamepal.com used a collection agency to collect on various debts due to the company. In December 2008, we acquired the rights to managing www.gamepal.com where we decided against using a collection agency. As a result, the following terms now apply to anyone who has been contacted by a collection agency.

If you sold an account through our website after December 28, 2008, you sold to our company, not GamePal Inc. Our company will communicate through registered mail and/or by phone if a problem occurs with your account you submit to us so you don't need to worry about a collection agency attempting to collect debt. Please note, the reason why a collection agency was involved on account submissions prior to December 28, 2008 was due to individuals selling merchandise to us fraudulently, and did something in breach of our past terms and conditions. If you are still concerned that we may forward you to a collection agency, you can "save as" this webpage, and use this as evidence to appeal and remove any harm a collection agency can do against you. We are informing you in advance for your own legal protection, and so you can feel secure knowing that we have specifically put on our site that our company will never collect debt using a collection agency over selling or trading an account directly to us.

If you sold an account through our website before December 28, 2008 you sold to GamePal Inc, not our company.
