How do I remove the in game billing subscription off my account before I submit my account information to you?

We strongly recommend removing all your billing information (including your credit card) before transferring your account information over to us. In order to complete this process, please follow these steps depending on your game. Please view below for more details.

Blizzard Games

This is for World of Warcraft only

BATTLE.NET Users:

  • Go to the Battle.net website
  • Login to your battle.net account
  • Go to the billing area, and cancel your subscription.
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

World of Warcraft Users:

  • Go to the World of Warcraft website
  • Login to account management
  • Go to the billing area and find the cancel your subscription area.
  • Drop down to the bottom of the page, and click yes and cancel.
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

Sony Online Entertainment Games

These games include EverQuest, EverQuest 2, Star Wars Galaxies, Star Wars The Old Republic, and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.

  • Go to the EverQuest Station Management Login.
  • Once logged in, click “subscriptions info”, and then cancel your billing
  • Then go to “payment methods”, and remove any and all credit cards on this account.
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

PlayNC Games

These games include Aion, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2, Lineage 2, and Lineage 3.

  • Go to PLAYNC.com
  • Login to your PLAYNC account
  • Go to the billing info, and remove your card
  • Go to the game account area, and click cancel your subscription on the account that is currently active
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

EA Games

These games include Dark Age of Camelot and Warhammer Online.

  • Go to the EA Games website
  • Login to your EA Games account
  • On the main page when you login, there will be an option to say if it's Active or Closed. If it's Active, click on the cancel subscription option.
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

Funcom Games

These games include Age of Conan and Anarchy Online.

  • Go to this link below and sign in to your Funcom account.
  • Once logged in, go to this link below, and where it says “Remove All Payment Options”, please click the button “remove”, and then press OK. https://register.funcom.com/account/paymentoptions/data
  • If you see any “active subscriptions” as well during this process, please click on them, and make sure they are canceled.
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

Final Fantasy XI

  • Go to your PlayOnline Viewer
  • Login to your PlayOnline Account
  • When logged in, go to the membership area
  • Once logged into the membership area, click on your account management area
  • Click on cancel content ID
  • Now click on all the content ID's active, and cancel them all
  • Now to remove billing completely from the account, you can add another credit card to the payment area, or contact Square Enix support, and have them remove the credit card completely from the account.
  • Your subscription is now canceled

EVE Online

  • Go to EVE Online's website.
  • Login to Account Management
  • Go to the subscription area, and cancel billing.
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

Lord of the Rings Online

  • Go to the LOTRO website
  • Login to your LOTRO account
  • Go to the billing area, and cancel your subscription.
  • Your subscription is now canceled.

Other Games

Please contact support for information on Star Trek Online. Champions Online, DarkFall Online, and Runescape.

Please note, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are not billed again by following the same steps provided above. However, if in a situation that you do get billed again, we cannot be held liable or pay you back for these payments. Instead, we will recommend that you cancel your card, and prevent any future billings to occur again.
